Mountain Top Bookkeeping was founded by Megan VanEtten to provide clear, dependable bookkeeping and tax support for self-employed individuals and small businesses—without judgment, pressure, or unnecessary complexity.

• Currently completing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance
• Working toward meeting the education requirements for CPA licensure
• IRS Registered Tax Return Preparer (PTIN holder), authorized to prepare tax returns and provide bookkeeping services

Experience & Approach

Megan has completed over 20 tax filings over her lifetime, for herself and others, and has worked directly with small businesses to organize financial records, track income and expenses, and maintain accurate books.

Mountain Top Bookkeeping focuses on meeting clients where they are—whether starting from scratch, catching up, or maintaining ongoing records—and doing what is reasonably possible to move them forward with clarity and confidence.
